Urban Farms Everywhere Implementation Guide

Over the past nine years Common Roots has grown three urban farms in Halifax and Dartmouth area and learned a whole lot along the way. In 2019 Jayme Melrose, Coordinator and visionary of the original site at Bell & Robie, put together this guide with support from Communities, Cultures and Heritage to share everything we've learned with you.
