We’ve been going through the list, confirming returning plotters, and re-allocating plots to people on the Wait List. In past years, we calculated 70% of plotters kept their plot. This year, it is closer to 82% of plotters have chosen to keep their plots. That means that we can only accept a few dozen new gardeners to the farm this year, less than we’d like.
We do plan to go to the District 7 Participatory Budget event on June 15 to apply for funds to expand the community garden. Please plan to come and vote – especially if you are still on the Wait List!
