Join us on Wednesday, May 10th at 6pm and learn how to take care of your body with effective mobility exercises that promote balanced muscle strength and flexibility with Julian Shavers. This is a great opportunity to learn tools for life-long joint mobility and ease of movement. This is a hands on workshop, and participants will learn a simple 10 minute joint mobility routine, foundational stretches, and how to lift and work with proper movement mechanics.
